Newsletter registration
We use the email address you provide solely for the Living-inCH newsletter and to administer subscriptions. Registration uses a confirmation email, so only addresses confirmed by their owners are included. We record the time consent was given and the time the subscription was confirmed. Unconfirmed subscriptions are not eligible for mailings.
Service providers
Cloudflare provides our website and database hosting. Brevo is our email delivery and newsletter contact-list provider when enabled. Your email address is shared with Brevo for confirmation emails and, once confirmed, inclusion in the newsletter mailing list. Review these providers’ privacy terms and locations of processing before launch.
Your choices
Newsletter consent is optional. You can unsubscribe at any time. To request an unsubscribe link, enter your subscription email below. We will send a link if the address is registered. For access, correction or deletion requests, contact the publisher using the contact information that must be added here before launch.
Security and anti-abuse
We temporarily store a pseudonymised hash of connection IP addresses to help prevent abusive sign-ups and password-guessing attempts. These rate-limiting records are pruned during subsequent requests.
Data retention
Expired pending sign-ups are cleaned up during later registration requests after a 30-day grace period. Confirmed newsletter addresses are retained until you withdraw consent or request deletion, subject to any legal retention obligations.
The publisher must specify and publish their data-retention and contact procedures before going live.
